IF THERE IS NO ALCOHOL, HOW DOES HYDRO-E KILL BACTERIA, AND GERMS?

ISN’T ACID ALSO DANGEROUS?
Not all acids are the same. While some acids are highly corrosive and hazardous, Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) is a mild acid that is naturally produced by your body's white blood cells to help fight harmful bacteria and germs.
Hydro-E contains Hypochlorous Acid at a very low concentration of 30–80 ppm (parts per million) and is made from more than 99% purified water. It has a skin-friendly, near-neutral pH of around 6.5, making it gentle to use while still being highly effective at killing germs and bacteria.
Unlike many traditional disinfectants and alcohol-based sanitisers, Hydro-E is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and non-hazardous when used as directed. This means you get powerful sanitising performance without the harshness of stronger chemicals.
HOW IS HYDRO-E SANITISER DIFFERENT TO ALCOHOL SANITISERS, AND WHY SHOULD I CARE?

DOES A HIGHER PPM MEAN A BETTER PRODUCT?

The ppm (parts per million) refers to the concentration of Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) in the solution, but it is not the only factor that determines effectiveness.
The performance of an HOCl solution depends on several factors, including its purity, pH balance, stability, and ability to maintain its active HOCl concentration over time.
Some HOCl products may advertise a higher ppm, however a higher concentration does not automatically mean better performance. A stable, correctly formulated HOCl solution can deliver powerful disinfecting results at a lower ppm while remaining gentle, non-corrosive, and suitable for everyday use.

A higher ppm does not necessarily mean a better product. For example, a 200 ppm HOCl product that loses strength quickly may be less effective over time than an 80 ppm product that remains stable and maintains its active HOCl concentration.
WHY IS HYDRO-E ONLY 80 PPM? I’VE SEEN OTHER HOCL SPRAYS THAT ARE 200 PPM. ISN’T HIGHER PPM BETTER?

WHY HAVEN’T I HEARD ABOUT HOCL BEFORE?
