IF THERE IS NO ALCOHOL, HOW DOES HYDRO-E KILL BACTERIA, AND GERMS?

WHY HAVEN’T I HEARD ABOUT HOCL BEFORE? 

Although Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) isn't a household name, it's far from new. HOCl has been used for decades in hospitals, healthcare, (During the Covid Pandemic),food production, agriculture, and water treatment because of its powerful disinfecting properties and excellent safety profile.
