All orders placed Monday to Friday will be shipped out by the next business day.

How long will it take before I get my item?

Once we have shipped out your order, we will send you tracking information so you can view where your delivery is.

Delivering to a business

Please enter the Company Name. This will help our delivery partners sort your parcel correctly, as they may deliver over the weekend.

Please be sure to check your mail room or reception if your order has been marked delivered and not received, there might also be a safe drop image attached to your tracking, indicating the location of your delivered parcel. If you have checked these areas and have not received your parcel, please contact us at sales@envirochemicals.com.au

Ways to ensure you don't miss out on a delivery

We use Sendle, Border Express and Australia Post for our deliveries (depending where you are located) and all purchases are delivered with safe drop, meaning your parcel will be left in a secure place around your property if no one is home. If there is nowhere safe to leave your parcel, they will deliver it to your LPO.

If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your company name.
